Cheyenne, WY’s elite Tanning Studio, Hair & Nail Spa, & Fashion & Gift Boutique, Cool Rayz Tanning & More, located in Cheyenne, WY, is owned by a husband and wife team, Klint Lojka and Kelli Kelly.

Q: How did you find out about ProSun?
“We bought the tanning studio in 7/1/17. I, Kelli, had been a customer of the owners prior to us. They are the only ProSun beds in Cheyenne!”

Q: Which product(s) did you purchase from ProSun?
“In December of 2017, we purchased the new Luxura X7, adding to our existing family of ProSun units. We love our New Luxura X7! Our Tanners do also!”

Q: What appealed to you most about our products? Were there any specific features or now looking back are there specific characteristics that your customers really love?
“The appearance, performance, and industry reputation!”

Q: How long have you been offering these services?
“Cool Rayz first opened in 2008 with all ProSun units!” Previous owners purchased: Onyx, X3, and another X7.

Q: How has our equipment benefited you and/or your business?
“We believe our customers appreciated the high quality feel, look, and performance of our products.”

Q: Do you have many competitors? What is your advantage?
“Cheyenne is 60,000 in population. We do have competitors. – “There is enough sun for everyone!”
We believe that our service and selection are the key. We also offer hair and nail services, and a gift boutique.”

Q: How do people hear about your location? Do you do any advertising promote your amenities? How do you bring in new customers?
“We utilize most social media platforms. We are also located in a shopping plaza. We feel fortunate to share customers with our neighbors.” @CoolRayz307

Q: How much do customers pay to become a member?
“We offer “Cool Club Memberships” with no fees. We also offer single sessions, five sessions, 10 sessions, and monthly unlimited packages. Additionally, we offer monthly promotions.”

Q: Do you offer other amenities/services?
“We offer tanning, sunless tanning (Versaspa), hair, nails, and our gift boutique.”

Q: What would you estimate would be the total amount of tanning sessions per week?
“We get about 50-85 tans a day on Monday – Friday and about 400-650 tans a month.”

Q: Do you feel that you have gotten a good Return on Investment with these services?
“So far, yes!”

Q: Were there any obstacles or concerns you had prior to purchasing our equipment?
“NONE at all! I knew exactly what I wanted!”

Q: Would you recommend our products and services to other businesses?
“I would most definitely!”

Q: Did you encounter any issues during the order or delivery of your equipment?
“Not ONE! Seamless! Perfect! I’ll do it again, probably later this year!”
